"I dance because it’s a part of me. Movement is something I use to move me through life. It helps me stay on top of my life, and my schedule and keeps me balanced. Dance is medication for my soul and an obsession that’s stuck with me. Dance is such an abundant art form, lots of ideas and concepts to flow through. Dance teaches me strong work ethic, self-discipline, and resourcefulness. It is how I navigate and show up in this world. I can better translate through movement and dance."
